The title of this post comes courtesy of The Princess Bride, which is on TV right now, a mere 3 hours after the removal of my cast and the discovery that it did not the LEAST bit of good! The wrist drama of this mama continues, so it's on to surgical interventions to solve the problem. I've been assured not only that there's minimal risk, but that it's the ONLY option known to be unequivocally effective. Here's hoping!
Maddy turned seven months old this past Sunday. We've decided that she's crawling, though her methods are neither explicit nor well coordinated. However, she is able to launch herself forward on her hands and knees towards toys (or gnarly dudes) that interest her! We also enjoyed a visit with Ashley and my father on Saturday. The weather was beautiful, and we were excited to spend much of the day outside! More soon... :)
